Thanks for sharing this Michael. I’ve never thought about it from the perspective of someone who can rely upon Medium to pay the rent, etc, as most writers aren’t in that position.

I completely agree, there needs to be some transparency of the way the MPP works, and Medium has an ethical obligation to do so,l. If the way you produce content hasn’t changed, then as you say the only reasonable explanation for your 70% reduction in earnings is something behind the scenes.
